Who we are

FonAgent is a product of Fonsoft LLC; fonagent.ai is the brand it is sold under. Fonsoft LLC decides what is collected here and why, and is the company you deal with about it.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the fonagent.ai website: the demo-request form on it, the voice demo and the callback demo. It also describes, at a high level, what happens to the data inside a customer’s FonAgent workspace.

The demo-request form

When you ask for a demo from a form on this site, we receive:

• the email address you type in;
• the language of the page you submitted from (English or Turkish), so we reply in the right one;
• the IP address the request came from and the country your network reports, which we use to stop the form being abused and to limit how many submissions one address can make in a day.

The submission is sent to the FonAgent team by email so a person can reply to you — replies go straight back to the address you gave. We also keep a backup copy for up to 90 days, so a lost email is not a lost request; after that it is deleted automatically.

We use the address to answer you about FonAgent. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so in your reply and we will delete it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It is cookieless: it does not set a cookie, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites.

The pages on this site set no cookies of their own and store nothing in your browser.

The voice and callback demos

The demo widgets on this site are the same widgets our customers embed on theirs.

• They store nothing in your browser — no cookies, no fingerprinting.
• The microphone is used only during a call you start, and only after your browser asks you for permission. When the call ends, so does the microphone access.
• The callback demo places one real phone call to the number you type in, so that you can hear the agent on an actual line. Enter your own number and no one else’s.

A demo call is a real call, and it runs on the same platform as our customers’ calls — described next.

Product data

Data inside a customer’s workspace — call recordings, transcripts, contacts and the documents an agent answers from — lives on EU infrastructure in Frankfurt.

It belongs to that workspace. The customer can listen to it, search it and export it, and can ask us to delete it — hello@fonagent.ai. We handle it to run the service for them.

Beyond that, the site and the platform run on infrastructure operated by our providers, who process data on our instructions in order to deliver the service.

KVKK and GDPR

FonAgent is designed with KVKK and GDPR in mind — EU hosting, data that stays inside the customer’s workspace, and widgets that store nothing on visitors are all deliberate choices in that direction.

That is a design goal, not a certification, and we do not claim to be certified or fully compliant. Where a formal statement is needed, this page will say so once it has been through legal review.

Your data, your call

Email hello@fonagent.ai and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need a form or a reason — one email is enough.

If you are a customer, you can also export workspace data yourself from the dashboard; ask us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When what we do changes, this page changes with it. The date below is the last time it was updated.
